On August 18, 2024, the China Steel Structure Association Group Standard Consultation and Discussion Conference was successfully held in Yichang, Hubei. Our company was honored to serve as the host of this significant event. The conference aimed to promote standardization within the industry, facilitate industrial upgrading, and enhance collaboration and communication among industry participants. Representatives from steel and drilling tool enterprises, experts, and scholars from across the country gathered to discuss the formulation and improvement of industry standards.

The meeting was chaired by Gan Hairen, a member of the China Steel Structure Association Standards Committee and a renowned professor.

Discussion on the Short-Stroke High-Frequency DTH Hammer Standard

Our company’s Deputy Chief Engineer, Sun Chao, provided a detailed explanation of the draft standard for short-stroke high-frequency hammers. His presentation covered the scope, normative references, terms and definitions, model designations, basic parameters, technical requirements, test methods, inspection rules, and guidelines for packaging, labeling, transportation, and storage.

During the meeting, prominent experts actively participated in the discussion, offering valuable insights and suggestions based on their extensive experience and profound expertise. They emphasized that the development of standards must align with market demands and technological advancements to ensure their scientific validity, practicality, and applicability.

Contributions from Participating Enterprises
