TND-350N DTH Hammer Product Features:

The TND-350N DTH hammer is the same as the DHD350 DTH hammer without the footvalve type. This type of hammer is widely used in construction sites, quarry sites, or water well drilling. The standard bit diameter chosen for the TND 350N DTH hammer is from 138mm to 152mm.

For the TND-350N DTH hammer, there are two types of Top sub for customers' choice: 2 3/8'' API REG and 3 1/2'' API REG. in China, 2 3/8'' REG Top subs are widely used abroad,  3 1/2'' REG Top subs are widely selected by customers.

All our TND Series Hammers have the following features:

1. TND® optimized structure design: Fewer air holes on internal cylinder, higher stiffness of air slot.

2. Standard API Thread.

3. Fine CNC machining tolerance and specifications coupled with quality assembly lead to great reliability and performance.

4. The piston case is made of superior alloy steel to provide the longest service life possible.

5. Heat-treated piston and internal cylinder guiding system is reasonably structured to achieve the highest efficiency and the largest impact power. The penetration speed is 10%-30% faster than other products of the same specification.

6. The multiple threads are CNC machined to achieve a higher level of accuracy, allowing ease of breakout and make-up of the Driver sub. 

7. The Driver sub is heat-treated to maximize service life and maximize drill bit life.

8. Hammer front structure design: when pulling out the hammer, the last impact of the piston would fall on the step of the piston case, ensuring the safety of the driver sub-splines and the retainer ring.

Top Sub for Customer's Choice:

↑★ Top sub with cement carbide button (Alternative).

↑★ In order to increase the working life of the piston case when drilling very abrasive rocks. The Top sub is designed to be made up of three pieces of coupling, 

and only the wear-proof casing needs to be replaced timely.
