TND-IR380 DTH Hammer Product Features:

Our TND-IR380 DTH hammer has another name of DHD380 DTH hammer. It is suitable for 8-inch (203mm) or larger drill bits, ideal for deep and large-diameter boreholes. Normally TND-IR380 DTH hammer works efficiently under 20–30 bar pressure. All the hammer parts are made from high-strength alloy steel for excellent wear resistance and durability. The simple inner structure of TND-IR380 hammer is for easy disassembly and reassembly on site, reducing downtime for customers.

  1. TND® optimized structure design: Fewer air holes on internal cylinder, higher stiffness of air slot.

  2. Standard API Thread.

  3. Fine CNC machining tolerance and specifications coupled with quality assembly lead to great reliability and performance.

  4. The piston case is made of superior alloy steel to provide the longest service life possible.

  5. Heat-treated piston and internal cylinder guiding system is reasonably structured to achieve the highest efficiency and the largest impact power. The penetration speed is 10%-30% faster than other products of the same specification.

  6. The multiple threads are CNC machined to achieve a higher level of accuracy, allowing ease of breakout and make-up of the Driver sub. 

  7. The Driver sub is heat-treated to maximize life and maximize drill bit life.

  8. Hammer front structure design: when pulling out the hammer, the last impact of the piston would fall on the step of the piston case, ensuring the safety of the driver sub-splines and the retainer ring.
