The TND-QL80 DTH Hammer is still a conventional DTH hammer, which is engineered to excel in challenging environments, providing superior performance in hard rock formations. After thousands of times of testing from customers or on our own. This TND-QL80 DTH hammer is ideal for large-scale projects with a hole range of 192 mm- 305 mm, requiring reliable tools to maintain productivity and reduce operational expenses, giving clients a competitive edge in high-demand applications.
All our TND Series Hammers have the features as following:
TND® optimized structure design: Fewer air holes on internal cylinder, higher stiffness of air slot.
Standard API Thread.
Fine CNC machining tolerance and specifications coupled with quality assembly lead to great reliability and performance.
The piston case is made of superior alloy steel to provide the longest service life possible.
Heat-treated piston and internal cylinder guiding system is reasonably structured to achieve the highest efficiency and the largest impact power. The penetration speed is 10%-30% faster than other products of the same specification.
The multiple threads are CNC machined to achieve a higher level of accuracy, allowing ease of breakout and make-up of the Driver sub.
The Driver sub is heat-treated to maximize service life and drill bit life.
Hammer front structure design: when pulling out the hammer, the last impact of the piston would fall on the step of the piston case, ensuring the safety of the driver sub-splines and the retainer ring.
Top Sub for Customer's Choice:
